Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I paid to join a certain list thinking I would find a lot of values on it. Boy was I wrong. Then I remembered that my mom used Service Magic in Columbus, GA. I tried it and was matched up to Taylor Maid Cleaning. Bonnie called me within 5 minutes of being matched up. The cost was less than half of the companies on the other list and Taylor Maid did a fantastic job.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
They arrived within the time frame given by Bobbi. They went to work right away. I did not have to give any instructions. They brought all supplies they needed. Finished in a timely manner. Cleaned to my satisfaction.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
So far, I am extremely disappointed. Out of the 4 times that I have used this cleaning service, I've had to call the owner, Bobbi, twice. The floors are dirty after they have supposedly cleaned (and I've taken pics as proof), and other areas of the home have just not been cleaned up to par. I'm not sure what is going on with this cleaning company, but I will definitely not recommend them to anyone else.

She did complain about her floors and I went out the following day to check them. I did not find her complaint to be valid but we recleaned every floor anyway. She did not mention any "other areas of the home" as being a problem and upon a thorough inspection I found nothing that was deficient. We have no problem admitting when we make a mistake, but in this case, there was no cause for it. And I don't understand why she has scheduled another cleaning with us if she is so unhappy? Something smells fishy here

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
I requested a "deep clean" package for my home as I was getting it ready to put on the market. I had 2 cleaners arrive 35 min. late and they cleaned my house in 2 hours which I thought was awfully quick for a deep clean. When they asked me to review their work, the floors were wet and I did not want to ruin them by walking all around. I assumed for $160+ that it was great. When they left, I noticed they didn't even dust, clean my shower, tops of my fans or cleaned the cobwebs from the walls/corners to mention a few. I called the owner after they left and she gave me a 2 hour free cleaning in the future to mend ways, but was disappointed overall

Of course we dusted...However, when there is a quarter inch of dust on every surface in a home and that dust is stirred up with cleaning, the dust that is stirred into the air will eventually re-settle. Your shower was indeed cleaned, but one cleaning cannot remove months worth of neglect and soap scum build up. And, it was explained to you prior to cleaning that due to insurance restrictions, we cannot climb higher than a 2 step utility ladder will allow. Your fans were unreachable by this method but were dusted using an extension wand attachment. We simply could not "wet wash" them. I'm sorry you were disappointed.

They missed a lot of basic things--wiping down the front of the dishwasher, dusting the vent over the stove top, mirrors had cleaner dribbling down, didn't wipe off kitchen table etc. It was a very sloppy job. They even missed vacuuming a 9 foot runner rug in the living room.

We have no problem admitting when we make a mistake and such was the case here. This home was in need of much deeper cleaning and was greatly misrepresented to us. The cleaning team should have called in and asked for re-inforcement rather than rushing the job to meet the scheduled time. This has been dealt with internally. We stand behind our work! However, our deepest apologies and an offer to re-clean were rejected by the owner.

When I talked to them on the phone they sounded great, like they understood that I needed deep cleaning and that the house was very dirty. I was impressed that they used Green cleaning products. However...the day they came to clean my house they were 45 minutes late. I had to call to see where they were and they just simply said one person was running late without an apology. They started cleaning and I left the house for them to clean. 30 min later the owner called stating that my house was too dirty to clean and they don't clean houses this dirty. They would need more money. They were snobby & insulting. I got someone else for less money.

Taylor Maid's cleaning technicians are not certified for bio-hazard work which this house clearly was. (Urine soaked mattresses, animal droppings on floors, insect infestation and visible black mold on the living room wall and hardwood floors). I explained that we could reschedule and my husband and myself would clean it as we are bio-hazard trained. The customer agreed, until she realized that the fee for that type of cleaning would be higher.
