He worked with my schedule to get the work completed and on New Years Eve. He made an extra effort to finish the work to help me feel safer in my home after the break-in. Going to have him back in the spring for additional work.

Harlan was a nice guy, but did not follow through with what we told him our expectations were for the project. Working during the hottest part of the summer, and not having any help (when he told us he did) were factors in the project not meeting with our satisfaction. At the end of the project, he told my husband that even though he removed the downspout, we had to find someone to put it back up! The porch had to be taken down because one handrail was lower than the other. I think he's probably a great deck guy, not a good porch guy.

Tanya was a very difficult person to work with. They had hired a contractor to refinish their basement who took a year to complete the work. I was the next contractor to work with her and she was out to be sure she wouldnt get burned again. In reference to the downspout I had to take it down due to replacing the 4 inch post it was attached to with a 6 inch post which caused the downspout to be cut to fit. I told her husband to get a gutter person to fix but then decided to help him put it back on the new post. The railing that was lower was just there overnight since I was working on it the next day I pity the person who has to work with h
