Technician contacted me because he was arriving 30 minutes later than he initially had told me he would arrive. Because he was late he only charged me the cost of the service call and nothing for the fuse I needed for my dryer. It is a small gesture but it goes a long way with me. I felt the service charge was a bit high ($95.00) but is probably average for the Miami area.

Professional technician. He brought a vacuum cleaner with him and ensured the area was in better condition than when he started. Problem required coils and motor cleaning and they only charged me their service fee of $95. He also immediately provided an invoice listing the problem and how he corrected the problem. The other company Service Magic recommended wanted $360 and essentially refused to provide an invoice detailing the charges. (I have yet to receive an invoice) I intend to use Taveras in the future for all of my appliance service. I will also warn anyone I can to stay away from 24 hour Appliance Emergency.

Called on a Sunday; call back in 15 minutes; @ house for repair of washing machine 2 hours! Had to order parts, full repair the following week.

Had a problem with our washer 8 a.m. Saturday morning- Within 20 minutes of my request to Service Magic, Taveras Appliance Service was the first to call and promised to be at my house before 12 noon - He arrived as promised and fixed our washer within the hour. Excellent, friendly service. Thank you!!!
