I used their services before to repair a sprinkler, and they were very reasonable. This time, I called them out for a leak in the front yard, and the problem wasn't the sprinkler, but the main line to the house. He was able to still fix it, and he did it very quickly, which I appreciated. But, for only one-half hour of work and a coupling, he charged $180. I felt that was a bit high for one person for half an hour of work, and his answer was that he had saved me a lot over what a plumber would have charged. I'm not sure that should be the calculation for the charge for services. I feel like I should pay for half an hour plus parts. :-(

Tapia's was the first to call so the first to give me a quote that I thought was so reasonable that I didn't bother with other quotes. For me that is highly uncharacteristic--i swear by getting at least 3. He was friendly and efficient. There was no "more" to hope for or ask for. I'll use them again. Thanks Service Magic for "being there.'

Mario was very professional. He was courtesy and polite. I appreciated the quality of work performed. He knows irrigation system very well. My entire sprinkler system was repaired and working within 2 hours. Excellent job. Very reasonable on cost. Well worth the money. Thanks!!
