Latrell (owner of Tap & B) responded to my online request via Service Magic with an email the following morning and I was in desparate need of new phone jacks (no more dial tones to call out). As soon as I phoned him he was here in 30 minutes flat. He did exactly what he agreed to and for the estimate given. He's very neat and professional and prompt.
