Mark went out of his way to come to my home to fix a leaky pipe. He was courteous, pleasant, and most professional. He followed up afterward with emails checking on the status of his work.

Tango was very attentive and persisted in contacting me. This was greatly appreciated. However, I did get a little bit of sticker shock and would have appreciated a quote up front. Another plus was the Tango was able to provide prompt service and gave me the exact time they would be arriving. The workers were all clean, friendly, and polite and did not mind answering my naive questions. I don't have a lot of plumbing work done, so I don't know if they were a great value or not. However, they were present for less than 45 minutes and the labor cost was roughly $300.

Problem was fixed quickly and professionally, however, bill for services was promised and has not been mailed or emailed. Not a huge problem, but a hard copy of service would be preferred.

Mark followed up very promptly and was very professional on the phone. The two young men he sent to do the job were very polite, professional and fiendly, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Mark is very professional and very knowledgable. I have used Tango 2x over the 10 months I have owned my home. The first time I got 2 of his employees who were very professional and thorough. The second time I got Mark; was late but called me to keep me posted with an ETA; it did not seem like it was his fault. He also seems to be a nice guy in general. I have tried other plumbers before coming across Tango, but I will stick with these guys from now on.

The Representative called promptly and was able to give me a time the same day to take a look at the repairs. His price was reasonable and the service was GREAT!! I would definitely recommend Tango Plumbing.
