Our designer was so professional, on top of things, creative and CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. No request was too small or too much. She had such a positive attitude, and desire to meet our design needs. She visited and revisited, and redesigned several times until we got just the right design. The quality of the materials is excellent and the builders/installers were neat, impeccable, actually, but for the closets we wouldn't have even known they were there. The owner, Todd accomodated several special requests with no questions asked. They are one of the first companies with whom I have ever dealt that really get the concept of service.
