Our house if up for sale, and we contracted this company to landscape in our absence. The work was good enough, but the invoicing was inconsistent as were other communications. We were recently charged for jobs completed months ago, when, per our request, we were supposed to be notified right when the work was finished. When I brought this to Seth's attention, he wrote a very unprofessional, rude email in response. He has poor customer service and commincation skills.

Great service, during the rainy season they sometimes came every 5-6 days but once the rain stoped they only came if grass needed cut. I will be using Tailored for future future lawn care and have recommended them to neighbors.

Since I've been traveling abroad, Mr. Taylor kindly came over to our lawn several times in a month and mowed it whenever necessary. I am highly impressed by Mr. Taylor's kindness and helpfulness, and I would highly recommend Mr. Taylor to anyone who has lawn care needs.

The price was very fair but the issue was with timeliness. It took several phone calls and several weeks to complete the service. I understand that things get busy with this type of business in the summer so we would have understood if we did not fit in the schedule. However, the work did end up getting completed and we were happy with the finished result.
