Rating: Project: Concrete Driveways & Floors - Install Asked for estimate for wooden board floor removal and installation of a concrete floor, in garage.  Contractor did not remove any boards to see what's underneath, gave me an estimate I… Read Complete Rating Asked for estimate for wooden board floor removal and installation of a concrete floor, in garage.  Contractor did not remove any boards to see what's underneath, gave me an estimate I accepted (should have known better) and took my $300 cash deposit.  They came in on start date, removed a few boards and discovered existing concrete, called me, then tried to overcharge me for just doing wood removal so I asked them to stop work.  I offered $100 as a favor for coming in and removing few boards, they asked me for $200 that I didn't agree on.  None of my $300 deposit has been returned to me to date. Rating: Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Repair The roof seems waterproof so far.  Triple their time estimate of how long it will take to complete the job.  The cost was in the same range as the other estimates I got.  See All Ratings
