When I called a major company service contractor, they told me I would have to wait 11 days before they could fix my water heater. I called Tagen and within a few hours I was enjoying hot water again. His price was reasonable and he was competent, friendly and professional. What more could you ask for?

He returned calls promptly- showed up when he said he would and charged the same amount as the estimate he provided. I was impressed. He aslo did not attempt to upsell me something that i didn't need and provided some excellent feedback concerning other potential solutions to addressing my plumming situation. I highly recommend James Tagen.
