Tolga was very punctual and professional. He provided us with the information we needed to address possible structural issues that caused a crack in our ceiling and exterior wall. After we opened the drywall, he made a second visit to our home to inspect the area of concern at no charge to provide additional feedback.

Tolga is a very precise and focused person. he analyses a problem thoroghly and lays out options with clarity. My particular issue was with a city official adverse interpretation of the code. he did the relevant research on the code traced the history of the bldg thru seismic retrofits and the various city certifications and was able to the buiding was in compliance enabling me to go ahead with my project. i have to say every single crucial assertion he made he has been proven correct. finally for the effort persistence and quiet tenacity you get for your money considering the high qaulity of his workits the best bang for your $$$.

I don't usually rate anyone, but I wanted to share my experience with TY Engineering because I was very pleased by the quality and the work ethic I received from Mr. Yaprak. I was sceptical in the beginning by using Service Magic. I choosed TY Eng because the price was very resonsable compared to others. Mr. Yaprak help me obtained a building permit which included plans and structure calculations for my project. He's very detail oriented and answered all my questions and concerns. He is a perfessional who provided cost effective solutions to problems. I would definately recommend him and use him again for future projects.
