Very pleasant to work with. Professional, flexible, done on time/budget. One star down due to some planning issues to get wall work finished - had to be done late in the evening, but was done properly.

Theodore is the consummate professional. He does what he says he is going to do, shows up on time, and has reasonable rates. He did soundproofing in my apartment and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Theodore any work you need done.

TXP was great. They did the work in the time, as promised. They worked with the inconveniences and restrictions that were issued to them by the apt. management company and the CC&R's. They were considerate of the neighbors, especially one with her own demands. They were always in communication with us and our daughter, who resides in the apt. where the work was done. They are honest and trustworthy. When more work is needed, we will call them again.
