Overall, my experience with TWR painting was good. Terry is a very nice man. He tried to resolve any concerns I had. I am very please with how the paint job turned out. The only issue I had was with Terry's estimate. We talked about my budget, and both agreed on what he was going to do with that kind of budget. He said that paint would be included. Towards the end of his job he ask for $300 more for paint. I was stressed because $300 was not in my budget plan. But we met each other half way. I am very happy with my newly painted house. He was very nice and the work was done quickly. He was flexible with my schedule and with some added requests. Good guy.

Terry and his assistant were consciousness about doing a great job. Both of them took excellent care to get the work done properly

The staining of my deck project was put on hold until this Spring due to the nasty weather. Job was finally started and completed in a timely manner. They removed all furniture from the deck and when stain had dried came back and put everything back. The work is excellent. Would recommend TWR Painting to others. I plan on hiring them to do inside painting later this year.

Painter brought in a person who could not speak English and left him alone in my home. Painter did not cover furniture adequately and got paint on my leather chair and end tables. The chair arm on a dining room chair was loosened as though it was used to stand on. The windows were painted shut and painter never did come back to unstick them after I requested he do so. There was paint on the ceiling fan mounting and chandelier mounting to the ceiling that needed to be cleaned up. Had to ask several times for painter to paint all doors the same (i.e. one side painted and the ends painted). Some were and some were not.

We always work hard to please our customers. The PAint on the chairs was old paint and tbe loosen chair arm was already loose. We do NOT use furniture as ladders. We had to contact customer serval times just to go back for punch list. We understood customer was happy, She signed off and said Great Job•

good work. kept the work area clean and organized. cleaned-up after each day's work. showed up on time every day. fixed areas of concern promptly and without hassle.

TWR painting did a good job. The house had not been painted in decades. It looked great when it was finished. Thanks Terry.

The job is not complete, but they are doing a great job and what is done to date looks amazing!
