My elderly mother's tv broke down. They helped provide in-home warranty service since she could not bring tv to them. They were kind, helpful, efficient and made sure my mother could work the tv before they left. The office staff was outstandingly helpful.

As I indicated in my FU phone call in regard to the other SM pro recommended, ABC Electronics, I found their representative to be unprofesionally dressed with no business id and with no professional car/van. I will never choose them again.

Very competent repair in-home for large TVs. Correctly diagnosed an expensive part that needed to be repaired. They will follow up via phone and email to keep you up to date on progress.
