Project: Remodel a Basement
They discovered a more serious problem when hired to put in a sump pump for basement leakage - sewer main was broken. They located and repaired the sewer main in a timely fashion, eliminating the oozing of drain water ans sewage under the house. Now we may not need the sump pump, after all!

Project: Remodel a Garage
Kim was great. He was always on time and showed up when he said he would, took great care with my garden and dogs and stayed on budget. He also worked with me when I wanted to make a few mid-project changes. I would call him again and highly recommend him.

Project: Install or Replace Wood Stairs and Railings
This rating is for a large job that was previously done on my 98 year old family home. TT Construction owner takes pride in his work. Is honest, punctual, fair, and dependable. High quality work. Goes over and above if client is honest, respectful and courteous. Will return promptly if there is a problem or correction needed (there seldom is). High quality work. Cost is medium to high, but don't let that frighten you. You won't have the headache that would result from a significantly lower bid.
