Their repair job didn't work. But their attempt was professional. When I called to hire them to place a tarp over the roof to mititigate further damage, and return after the bad weather to replace my leaking skylights, they insulted my spouse. It's a shame. They seemed competent enough. But they didn't want my business. Instead, they were rude & insulting, and shrugged-off my attempt to hire them for a bigger job.

I think that sometimes in customer service that if you are honest & do not simply tell the customer what they want to hear & speak the truth you can take the brunt of giving the bad news. We were called for a leaking roof & when we arrived & inspected it, it was evident that the skylights were leaking. They had signs of being repaired numerous times & were well past there useful life. We explained this to the homeowner's partner & he was adament about just having a repair even with us informing him that we doubt it would be effective & that they need replacement. We even showed them the photos from the digital camera........... Reply limited

Tri-Town got back to us immediately and was at the house to look at our roof leak within a few hours. They gave us an honest appraisal and advice for repairs based on what we'll need in the nearish future. Assuming everything continues to hold up, we're very happy with the outcome!
