Very helpful & professional...my water heater went out with a houseful of overnight guests & every dish & pan I own dirty. The technician talked my son-in-law through a relatively simple fix & didn't charge me anything. Made my day!! Will definitely call them again in the future.

Steve responded to my request for help within one hour. An appointment was made to preview the work required and discuss the repair process and pick a time to do the work. The technician arrived at the time agreeded and again went through the process he would use to repair my problem and evaluate the options. The work was done efficently and without making a mess. I will use Total Mechanical again if the need arrises.

they were trying to install totally different product without my knowledge.

There was a slight language barier. We were going to install a product we are very confident in. We also gave customer additional work and material at no cost.We were very appologetic

They did everything they said they would in an extremly short time frame. Everything was cleaned up, no mess. They provided top-end equipment and we are very pleased.
