Craig called quickly to schedule a "come and see" and he was right on with what I was looking for. I knew that I was a bit more difficult because I wanted a contractor who understood color selection as well as application and Craig was right on with what I needed. He took the time to walk around the house and see how we lived and decorated and immediately got a sense for what I wanted. . His suggestion was SPOT ON! His bid was extremely competitive - really great price for the job! His painters did a FABULOUS job and will hire TOPCO again in a heartbeat! Already planning the next project! thanks Craig!

Craig and the crew did a terrific job on the exterior painting of our house. They really paid attention to the details and the job looks nice. Communication before and during the job was great too. We would highly recommend TOPCO Phillipps, Inc to anyone interested top of the line house painting.

Project: Coat Concrete Floors with Epoxy or Hybrid Polymer
We are doing the job in 2 stages due to the nature of my projects application. The 1st stage of sealing was well done and timely. There will be a few tests done during the wet season and next year/spring we will either re-apply the base sealer or move to the final floor finshng stage. So this is an on going job at present. The 4 stars is only because the job is still in works. Kevin C
