Project: Remodel a Bathroom

I hired Tom Euro to do a complete renovation - kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new floors, etc.. This my third remodeling experience and it was absolutely the worst I could have ever imagined. The project started out ok, but after the 3rd month things started getting very bad. His crew started to get very messy and made lots of costly mistakes. Those mistakes cost me over 30% in incremental project cost. In addition, they did not properly dispose of debris. I had to hire someone else to finish the job on workday 90 of a 50 workday schedule. At that point they were still only 65% complete.

Yes, we stopped this job! Why? Because our company can’t work on any “Penniless” type project, we are not a charity non-profit group. She ordered lots of extras and forget to pay this finished part(30 days for the whole crew). Disappeared next payment, 3times changed architect plan. Usually the extra order: +time +money. That's why! Question: where are the previous contractors from her experience?

Tom Euro 3000 is very professional and reliable. They did beautiful job in my apartment. Tom also designed the lighting for my entire apartment. My apartment, as my friend put it "looks like from the magazine". Professional, reliable and trust worthy.
