Terry called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and diagnosed the problem as a broken wire. He had to do a little digging to get at the wire. The job was completed in an hour and they did a good clean up. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend him. I would also reccommend him to a friend. I was very satisfied with the overall experience.
