Tech showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He was very careful to avoid damaging my landscaping with the hose.

So far so good. Tim and Jennifer from TNT have both benn attentive and responsive to my calls. We are still in the process of getting permits and plans but so far things have gone well.

This project started while I was in California for a home in Massachusetts. I let them also handle the engineering as they could work with the engineer, due to their realationship, if there were issues. They were professional and always returned phone calls and kept me updated. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone's bidding process.

The company overall was ok. The man arrived upon agreed time. The price I was quoted was $240 for a 1500 gal septic system. However, the septic guy couldn't locate my septic cover which required him having to dig longer than he expected. Also due to his age, and the fact that he was an elderly man & didn't bring a helper, I also had to help him dig the trench. He eventually asked me to ask my neighbor's son to finish the digging for him. I was not happy with this, as the man should have called for help or not agreed to do the job. The total job ended up costing me $705, an unpleasant surprise.
