Kirk went above and beyond on getting my deck refinished. I am more than pleased! He also gave me a very good deal on pressurewashing my driveway, RV pad, and sidewalks, and they look fantastic. I will definitely consider hiring him again. Great service!

Kirk was professional, quick to respond, and used great equipment. He charged a very fair price and was sure to finish out the job at the earliest time, based on the rainy weather. I was extremely pleased with TLC Pressure Washing! I will call him again for future work, and would encourage anyone who needs clean sidewalks, driveways, and concrete retaining walls to call Kirk! He is not like many of the others who say they CAN do pressure washing, but their specialty really lies in many other areas.

Kirk did an excellent job for me. He did more than I expected. On his own, he also cleaned my grill cover, air conditioning unit, trash barrels, door frames, etc. My patio furniture looks brand new and the concrete work is shinning bright. He's the fourth person I've used to do this same job over the last few years. He cost less, did a superior job and was a very professional man to work with. Also, he had the most advanced equipment and did the job on time and in the time he told me it would take.

Kirk was prompt both with an estimate and showing up when he said he would. Did an excellent job of cleaning all of the concrete around our house which included driveway, sidewalks and patio plus he cleaned the top of our aluminum deck cover. Everything looks new again. Thanks Kirk

Very thorough and meticulus service. Kirk communicates in a professional and knowledgable manner. We will have him back in the Spring to add moss control to our roof. That way we shouldn't have to powerwash the roof ever again. The vinyl siding on the house looks almost brand new. TLC comes highly recommended from us.
