We hired TLC Painting from a distance to paint our condo. To start, the painting job was completed in a timely and efficient manner and was done well. My understanding was that they would clean up and leave all other parts of the condo as they were when they arrived. However, they left the doors off of their hinges, left the electrical outlet covers off, and took down all of the curtain rods. As we're out of town, this has made it very difficult to rent the apartment. After weekly phone calls for the last 6 weeks, they have still not replaced the doors, outlet covers or curtain rods. I am very disappointed in TLC painting.

We had one of our painters finish this project because we were called out of town in an emergency. Our painter told us he never took the doors down (which was not the truth). I then had one of my other painters take care of this customer immediately and I paid him $120.00 for one hours work. We always take care of our customers.

Manager was very consciencious about his work, and wanted to make sure that the job turned out well. I was a little skeptical about how the project was going to turn out, as a result the project (deck) turned out great! I would recommend and use them again. Great Job TLC!

I was very pleased with the TLC Painting through the entire process. They responded within a day of my inquiry and provided a very economical quote for the work I wanted done. They were very professional and conscientious in all aspects of their work, and it is obvious that they knew what they were doing. I'm very happy with the finished project and would have no issue with hiring them again.
