Contractor response was professional and great. Phone calls were returned, appointments promptly scheduled, showed up on time, explained estimates, removed all debris and cleaned up work area. In addition after starting the repair job the contractor uncovered some hidden damage not included in his repair estimate. Repairing the uncovered damage required travel time to pick up additional materials and additional repair time. When all was said and done we were only charged for the cost of the additional materials, the contractors time was on the house! Now that's what I call SERVICE!

Project: Repair a Brick, Stone or Block Wall
TK Masonry responded promptly, came up with a repair plan for the retaining wall that made sense, did a fine and on time job. What impressed me most was that, when we discussed the need for gutters on the house, rather than taking on the job, recommended that we get an experienced gutter installer to do the work.

Our fireplace had some cracked mortar. There were two spots visible to our untrained eyes. TK Masonry responded quickly, their bid was very reasonable. While doing the job Dan found a few other areas that looked questionable. He repaired those spots too and still charged us the same amount. Dan was very personable and polite. We will definitely refer them to our friends and call them for any future needs.

Tom did an excellent job repairing our crumbling chimney. He offered the lowest quote of 3 contractors. He provided detail-oriented work, matched the brick color well, and cleaned the work area at project-end. He communicated with us when he needed to adjust the cost and time-frame. He also brought a lot of energy to the job and seemed to thoroughly enjoyed his work. I would recommend him and contact him for additional masonry work.
