Project: Repair a Ceiling Fan
I only needed a fan taken down & replaced with a new one. Very small job. I rated "value" a "4.5" because I had both higher & lower quotes. I am not knowledgeable re: electrician's rates. I chose TEC because I had difficulty understanding the accent of the person offering the cheaper bid. I saw no reason to pay a higher price than necessary. TEC's bid was 2nd lowest. Tom was pleasant & polite, kept appt on time, worked cleanly (covered the floor under his ladder) and honored his estimate.

Tom, called me first thing in the morning and I told him my situation we made time to make sure he could get to my house in the morning and fixed the problem right away. Tom was very honest and even followed up later that day to make sure everything was still working.
