First, the technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The issue I had was so minor that I actually could have resolved on my own (flipping a switch on the fuse box). Though I tried doing so-admittedly the buttons on my fuse box are older and weren’t completely working for me. When the technician arrived, he was able to flip them correctly; spent less than 5 minutes in my home. The technician didn’t know what to charge me, so he called the OWNER and the OWNER instructed him to charge me the full $85 rate. I’m really big on customer service and loyalty. While I believe I should have had to pay something-charging me the full rate for the call based on the issue doesn’t leave me feeling like I want to deal with them again. Offering me a discount or better would move me to feel compelled to call again for another issue or project (which I actually have other projects). This is Relationship Building 101. I would not recommend this company based on my own personal bias towards companies that “get it”.

It costs us 72 dollars to put put a tech on the job,a licensed electrican we are by all practical purposes doing this work at cost. We feel this is fair charge,

We had a bad furnace in our new house. After 4 incidents in 3 months we decided it had to go. Tim was magnificent responding on short notice, coordinating and delivering a brand new furnace that has performed flawlessly so far.

The installers were great very professional, explained all of our new equipment and did a very nice job on the install. Tim the owner is fantastic answered all of our questions prior to install personally. Finished work looks great and even fixed issues with water heater exhaust vent. Tim was outstanding. Got the best furnaces and AC installed at the best price. Workers were very good and paid attentioopn to details wit hthe installation. Had a minor misunderstanding on the thermostat model and they upgraded me to make good on their promise at no additional charge. Price quoted was eactly what I paid to the penny. Work was started and completed in one day on the date they promised.
