Tim got right to the point on pricing and took the time to answer my questions which other contractors did not. He was able to come out quickly to install a new condensor unit which I badly needed. His team of workers were very courteous and hard working. I would definetly recommend TDH Mechanical for any other issues that arise. Great Job.

Tim gets it done and gives you his best price right up front. He patiently answered all my questions. Wojciech did my installation and was on time and had all the proper equipment and supplies. I actually watched him work on the installation b/c my Dad was an electrician for 30 yrs. My Dad who is hard to please would have given him a nod and a good handshake for his attention to detail and thinking ahead. Not having to take it apart b/c it didn't fit the first time. I now have a quiet, efficient and economical unit that has my inside temp right where I want it. I would recommend TDH. Leon Mundelein

I purchased my own equipment and hired TDH to install it. The installation was completed on time and on the day I requested. The installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Although I had a minor problem, it was fixed quickly. I talked to Tim (the owner) and the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Tim seems to be a very concerned owner and goes above and beyond to provide superior customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend TDH to family and/or friends.

I do not know where to begin. Our furnished basement had a drain backup and everything in it was destroyed. I have a few friends "in the business" but I wanted to leave it to professionals. we went over everything and things that I did not even know needed going over. I saw a show called Dateline that featured a few tricks and scams in this industry, so I was waiting for the "sales pitch". it never came. he calmly explained everything in terms I could understand (over and over until I did), and he even explained that what I wanted may be a waste of money. he was pricing me down, not up. I asked him how much down payment is necessary, and he said, pay us when it is done and only if your are happy. WHAT?? so I said OK, this is a no-brainer, so lets do it! I was treated fabulously and these guys do know their business. I give them 10 stars!

From Tim's quote to Kris and Ted's expert installation TDH Mechanical made getting a new Trane AC & furnace a positive experience. Kris and Ted arrived when promised and finished the install well within the time Tim estimated for the job. Several times Kris had me look at the progress of their install and asked if I had questions or concerns. My old equipment was hauled away before they left and the furnace area is cleaner than when they arrived. Kris told me how to maintain the equipment and showed me how to work the programmable thermostat. Before taking payment Kris asked again if I was completely satisfied and was sure I had no questions. I highly recommend TDH Mechanical!!!
