very nice young man- he came to fix one item but graciously fixed an additional three. What a jewel. Professional at all times and arrived before the scheduled time. Wonderful.

Prompt and friendly service man. Repair was done properly. Only down side is I had to go to the store to purchase the part after he picked it out. A bit of a hassle for both of us to drive 40 minutes for a $15 part.

Arrived as scheduled and did the work quickly and had the shower heads installed and working. I am very satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to call on T.C.R. again

Quick response but paid dearly ($275) for an hour or so of work. Did not attempt to find other contractors so not sure if it was a typical rate.

Customer service was excellent; plumber arrived early, fixed problems quickly, then took time to show me what he had done and why. Project came in UNDER estimate! Would definitely use again.

Arrived on time as requested which is A+ since that rarely happens but had dry wall areas to repair after job and discussed this before job was done i.e. that this would not be a problem & after plumbing job was completed I was left with this gap in wall to repair.

I would definitely call them again - they were prompt and professional! It was costly, but I have no idea what the typical rate is for this kind of job.
