The first time T&C came to clean my pool, the service person broke some tiles. He took them with him promising to replace them. It is now August 28th and my tiles are not replaced. After complaining at this site, the owner called me about 4 weeks ago now and said the he "would personally handle it".  I told them I would withhold payment for services and they still have not taken care of it.  Last time I talked to the owner which in now last week, he said he again would take care of it and call me the next day.  NOPE!!  I even paid half of my bill and said I now want a discount on services.  All they did is cash my check!!?? POOR POOR service!

T&C contacted me within an hour of my email - came out the same afternoon to provide an estimate - and had someone at the house to clean the pool the next day.  They were awesome.  Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and more than willing to share that knowledge.  They were professional, prompt and courteous and I would highly recommend T&C to anyone with a pool need.
