On crack is on one of the steps and goes all the way through the board. I have sent two emails about this problem and gotten no response. Also, The contractor said he would come back with routing tool to smooth the edges a few days after project was finished. It has been 3 weeks and this is still not done. Also, when building deck I was under impression they hauled away concrete from my old steps, but it was placed in my own garbage can on the side of my home, it was very heavy and trashmen would not accept it.  I feel like a very unimportant customer to  them.  See All Ratings
