Mike is an extremely knowledgeable repair-person He told me what the issue was (I needed a new Pump) Call for a price, discussed the price, agreed on price. Mike left, picked up the part, installed and tested the unit. I'm very happy with the service.

Tech diagnosed problem, called manufacturer for replacement part. Came back and replaced the part. Water heater working fine. Great job.

BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.CHARGED ME $680 TO REPLACE MAIN CONTROL BOARD ON MY GE FRIG.IT TOOK MIKE 15 MIN TO SWITCH OUT BOARD THAT CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE FOR$135.EVEN DOUBLING THE PRICE OF THE BOARD TO $270 THATS $410 FOR LABOR FOR A 15 MIN JOB.THE FRIG STILL DIDN'T WORK AND WAS THEN TOLD THE COMPRESSOR WAS ALSO SHOT.THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT RETURN THE USED BOARD(2 DAYS OF USE)BUT THEY WOULD USE IT IN THE NEXT TIME THEY HAD TO REPLACE A BOARDAND NOT TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY REPLACE THEM ALL THE TIME.THAT WAS 4 MONTHS AGO.THEY SAID THEY WOULD EMAIL A RECEIPT.STILL WAITING.DON'T MAKE SAME MISTAKE I DID.ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT

I would highly recommend that you do not use TACO for any work. I wish I listened to other bad feedback. Only positive. Qk callback, Spoke with Rob the owner explained burner not firing, he said service call 125 dollars incld tune up and vacumm. One of his techs showed up determined ignitor was bad. Asked how much respnse a couple of hundred. Carlin 41000 and baseplate 69.00 as consumer. Bill 125 plus 260 for 69.00 parts installed (4 screws) total 424 dollars. No reciept' called Rob over a week ago he said he would check with tech but emergency call they could technically charge what they wanted, he said ill call u later still no callback

TACO was Great! Called within a half hour of my request, was quick. Even had to come out the next day to finish---we ran out of light---and did not charge for the return trip. The technician's name is Mike---and he was patient, a good explainer and a good problem solver.

I sent in a request for them to contact me for a service call & they called me 4 min after I sent it! Mike came to check the washer & gave me a complete & honest opinion of the work as well as other options. Rob at TACO helped us get a new machine at a repair price. Bottom line, I could'nt be happier or more impressed by these guys & this company! They'll have all my future business!
