Crew of two were super. Got the job done in one day and cleaned up aftewards. Both were very polite and professional. Will definetely call them again.

Steve came out and was great. He was flexible with my schedule, performed all work timely and kept me informed of everything along the way. I would recommend this company.

Plumber that the company sent out had a nervous breakdown and extended a water heater change project to over a week. Company was initially less than responsive even when we found offer at Home Depot for over half off the price to readjust but finally agreed. The second plumber the company finished the job in hours.

We are very sorry that our assigned plumber had a mental breakdown during the install of your water heater. That same day he was submitted to the Emergency room for treatment. He since has gotten far better and is getting back into the work force. We did adjust your price and made sure the job was completed immediately upon this accurance. Syntrol responded with a callback immediately, Made arrangements for technician to respond on the following Monday. Response time was as we agreed on. Technician was very thorough in his evaluation of the problem and thoroughly explained the different options available.The quality of the repairs was excellent, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definately recommend them to friends and family and if a need arises I would definately call them again.

Knowledgeable and professional

Very knowledgable. Fast turn-around, quick completion, friendly and competent workers. I have worked with many contractors where when the boss leaves a job site, the workers work more slowly, goof off and take a smoke break every 15 minutes. This was absolutely not the case with Syntrol. The workers were motivated and new all of the ins and outs of the job- they were able to answer all of my questions and got the job done cleanly, quickly, and quietly.

The servicemen were very professional and knowledgeable in providing the necessary service. Not only would I recommend this company's service I plan to contact them in the future if necessary.
