Project: Repair an Electrical Baseboard or Wall Heater
I had some confusion with Switch Electric over the cost of my wall heater replacement. They expected to charge me >$100 troubleshooting fee which my tenant had agreed to. I had also got a quote from In-House Electric, but went with Switch after they offered a similar quote. That similar quote didn't include the troubleshooting fee so *if* I did understand the quote from In-House Electric they were cheaper. In the end Switch agree to the price I felt had agreed to and for this I give them their high customer service rating for making things right. The work itself seems great, so my advice is to just make sure you are clear on the quote.

Jeremy called and said he could be here by 9am and he was there right on time. They started the process of elimantion and found the problem and fixed it as well as another problem they found and took the time to fix it and were done in 2 hrs and did a great job. I will be having them replace my Panel Box soon as well.

Really good communication - easy to get ahold of the guys when I had a question or concern. They were very patient explaining everything to me. Even came out on Saturday (a day they are normally closed) to help with a hot tub problem - diagnosed and fixd the problem too!

Project: Install Electrical for a Home Addition or Remodel
Tyler is was very quick at giving us a bid on our new service install. He gave us a proposal the same day thru Email and when we decided to have him do our job he was able to start shortly afterwards. The crew was very curtious and did a excelent job. The job was done quickly. I would not hesitate to hire him for future jobs.
