We initially contacted Mass Pools to discuss pool servicing and possibly changing over to a salt system. Jimmy called me within 5 minutes of submitting a request through ServiceMagic. I was very impressed. Our meeting was very informative and was provided with all information I needed, even some self servicing tips! We decided this fall to start small with a loop loc cover project for our spa which was ordered and installed quickly. We look forward to working with Mass Pools in the spring! I give Mass Pools an A+ in customer service.

They were so fast, efficient, very affordable and very very friendly. They deserve more than 5 stars. I would recommend them to everybody over any other pool company. Do yourself a favor and choose mass pools for your pool services.
