If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. Their idea of cleaning is to almost wave a feather duster AROUND items. I was told they do not move things unless specifically told to in case something would break. I thought that's why they had insurance. My house was just as dusty when they left as before they arrived.

When providing a customer with an estimate, we offer the option of light dusting or detailed dusting. Detailed dusting of a customer's home, especially when there is a great deal of clutter, can be challenging, takes a great deal of time, and involves an additional expense. After the initial cleaning of this home, the customer called and stated her dissatisfaction with the dusting of her bedroom dresser and would prefer a detailed dusting. We dispatched another crew and the crew supervisor the following day and provided the additional service at no charge. At the conclusion of the follow-up cleaning, the customer stated her satisfaction.
