Project: Remodel a Basement
Justin did a wonderful job--you can tell he really loves his work and it's important to him that it is done correctly. He gave us a couple of creative ideas that we agreed to have done and they are beautiful. The only thing I would recommend is that you get a clear idea of how long the project will take. There were a couple of situations that came up that delayed the work longer than we expected. It was a basement room that was being done, so it didn't affect our daily living. Overall, it was a good experience and we would hire him again.

Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
When I first had Justin with Swanson construction provide a bid he was the cheapest. I had concerns going with the lowest bid, but due to the funds available I had to. He has finished my master bedroom remodel project and I will NEVER use another contractor! He came up with great ideas that we loved. He also came up with ideas that were great but due to funds we couldn't do. We asked for ideas and he gave us everything we asked and then some. He worked around our schedule and came in under budget. He has now started the kitchen remodel and is doing awesome. I advice is to ALWAYS use Swanson Construction. THE VERY BEST!

Very satisfied with the quality and value off the construction of a 10x18 storage shed. attention to detail was very good and I would recommend Swanson Construction for any project.

Project: Build a Garage
Whether I would recommend them to a friend depends more on the final product than first impressions. I was impressed by all of the people that you sent to the house. Most were stymed by the fact that my house is so close to the property line. Only Swanson came up with a viable way of doing the excavating. We'll see how he does, but he is confident he can get his equipment into my backyard without imposing on my neighbors. He said he could have people start this week, but he has to finish a job that is almost done. That impressed me! I told him to put all his energy in what he has going, then we can start with this.
