Mr Swan returned my iniial call promptly. 3 other contractors never calle back and it took one 1.5 weeks. He even came on Saturday for a quote on sodding, planting lots of azaleas, laying pine straw and gravel in our 3500 sq ft muddy weed infested backyard. His quote was very affordable. The project took 1 week. He tilled, prepped and removed several large roots before laying the sod. We love how it looks. Mr Swan is honest, reliable, and hard working. Highly recommend and we'll be calling him with future projects.
