Work requested was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. The only problem I had was not receiving a receipt as requested, and a bit of pressure to complete the work ASAP and get a check. Since I don't live in the same town as the work (the house is a rental), it was not easy to get payment to him within 24 hours.

Mr. Swann was fantastic! He was very professional and prompt. Not only was he able to clean my gutters, but he also made me aware of another critical problem on my roof that he was able to repair. If this was not enough, he was very reasonable in price. I'm very appreciative and pleased with his services. I will definitely use him again.

over the phone were quoted $150 for the job, when he got there he said it should be $200 and $175 was the settlement

Responded very quickly, and came in with a reasonable estimate for a large, messy job, but he cut down too much, including old azaleas that could have been saved (or at least he should have asked me about them) and left the stumps in the ground. He wanted to nuke all the cut-down vegetation with a powerful herbicide (which he couldn't name) so nothing would grow there for a year. Recommend you oversee any work and provide specific instructions on what exactly to cut down/pull out. He seemed in a huge hurry to get the job done and I was not very pleased with the final result.

Todat 4/5/2011 Mr. Swann landscaped, treated, pull weeds, trim my trees and mowed my lawn for a unbelieve price and it's beautiful, I took co-worker at lunch time see,now she's going to call him. PLUS HE DID THIS IN THE RAIN UNBELIVEABLE. Thank you Mr. Swann Gail Antoine
