I was very impressed with their professionalism when they came out to give me the estimate. They showed up on time, explained everything in detail, andwere able to set a timely appointment to perform the job. I wasn't here when they came back but my wife was exceptionally happy with what they did and how they did it. We would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Mr Swan was very professional--he was prompt, worked hard, and our 9 year old carpets look like new! (and we have 3 kids and 2 pets, so that is saying alot!)

Hired to replace some grout that was not installed properly and clean the grout/tile in a shower. I still have spots that are black with mildew and missing grout. When I called to ask him to explain what happened, he never returned my calls.

She has neglected to tell the entire story. The job we were contracted to do was to clean and seal the grout. That was done and done to her satisfaction. If not, she wouldn't have paid us. She pointed out an area that was dichloride. I told her that it was mold and that our process didn't clean mold. There were also areas that were missing grout. I patched those areas for her at no charge. Then she decided that she wanted the entire shower floor edge to be re-grouted at no charge. This is what happens when you go above and beyond to help.

Swan Floor care was extremely professional & friendly, and managed to get clean some incredibly awful carpeting in a rental house we own. Not only did they clean it though, they walked us through the process and explained what they were going to do & why so that we understood. I would HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone!

Told me my rug would be ready in four days......and, still have not returned my rug????

We always strive to do the best job for all of our customers even if they don't want us to. The rug in question had such urine saturation that it actually dripped from the rug. In order to completely remove all the urine, we cleaned it multiple times at our expense to remove the contamination. In spite of additional cleaning cost, we never changed the price of the cleaning. We just took care of the problem. Going overboard for some may be a problem, just not for Swan Floor Care.

This man is a pleasant professional who will not quit until the job is done right! I have nothing but praise for him, his work, and the results of his efforts. He cleaned the tile and grout in two bathrooms, as well as cleaning the carpeted stairs in my home. The grout was stubbornly resistant, but he kept at it till he got it clean to his own high standards. All work was superbly done. I recommend Swan Floor Care wholeheartedly, from the free estimate to the finished results, and I would hire him again without hesitation!
