These guys are really easy to work with,good vibes,they've been my swamp cooler tech's for five years or more and when I needed a new cooler and install they were half the price of other estimates and performed the install perfectly

We had a great experience with Swamp Tech. They were prompt, efficient, and thorough. They made sure that we understood what they were doing and they went the extra mile to do a good job. We have only had the swamp cooler for a week but so far so good!

It's been over a week and the job has still not been competed. Calls were not returned. They came out and didn't call when they showed up. They knocked, but I couldn't hear them over my very noisy broken swamp cooler. Now I'm forced to take my business else where. There's alot more to this story, that is the short version. :/

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. I would love to know a little more detail, So I may prevent this from happening again. The only note I have is about when we came out and no one answered the door. I can assure you this is not the norm, but like any company sometimes things may fall through the cracks. They called to tell me they would be late as a result of an injury to one of their employees. That's better than most service people. They arrived at the new time and cranked through the install.
