Jeremy was quick to respond and provided valuable insight on what needed done to take care of the problem. It was important to address the cause and not just the consequences. I received multiple bids for the same job, and Jeremy was very competitive when comparing apples to apples.

We have not started the bathroom project yet. Currently the contractor is painting our family and dinning rooms and installing beams on the ceiling. So far everything is great and expect the same with the rest of the project.
