The mission of the Institute is to serve as an independent, non-profit association in order to help promote education to its members and promote high standards and ethics and to advance communication and technical proficiency within the cleaning, inspection and restoration industries. Specializing in large residential cleaning, our fleet of vans are each equipped with state of the art cleaning equipment and a complete range of premium, environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products that can handle all of your cleaning needs from delicate decorative rugs to heavy use traffic areas. Services Offered: - Carpet Cleaning: Wall to wall carpets ( both synthetic and wools), - Pet Odor Removal: We deodorize and sanitize with special animal enzyme cleaners. - Carpet Repair: Stretching, water damage repair, and padding replacement. - Furniture, Fabric Walls, and Drape Cleaning: We clean delicate upholstery and fabrics including silk, Haitian cotton as well as leather and suede. - Drapes including cornices and valances. -All area rugs are hand cleaned in our own plant. - Restoration of antique area rugs. - Furniture and upholstery protector - Our modern, state of the art cleaning plant is equipped with everything necessary to provide our customers the impecable service they have come to rely on.
