Project: Install or Completely Replace Metal Siding
Roger and son do excellent work. He does not subcontract and does all the work himself. He does get off schedule sometimes - we all wish he could control the weather but he is definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend him and plan to use him for my next project.

Project: Repair Exterior Trim
I think they do very good work. The problem is scheduling. They need to try to find a way to schedule things so customers are not left hanging without a time frame for finishing. Once the work was done, they did quality work. Can only recommend to others if they are willing to wait.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Wood or Fiber-Cement Siding
I had a new roof structure and some t1-11 siding replaced on my 10 ft x 14 ft garden shed by Roger and his son. I was impressed with his ideas to improve the condition and durability of the shed. His recommendation to utilize impregnable PVC boards for the soffits, fascias, base boards and corner trim, will extend the life of the shed, while beautifying it as well. Roger’s attention to detail and workmanship were beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend him to others and I will contact him for any of my future projects as well. Joseph H.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Metal Siding
This contracter went above and beyond to match my siding, which is no longer being manufactured and the insurance did not cover the whole house, only the side that was damaged by the wind. When he finally found the exact match he did a very thorough job of making sure it was put up properly and put on a lot of insulation that was not on there before. If I need another project for my home, he will be my go to person, as he does other types of work also. Solar, carpentry, and just about anything else. Thank you

I was extremely satisfied by Roger and Sustainable Building Concepts, LLC. I was in a time pinch and everything was completed exactly to my request in a short time to meet my needs. Roger's customer service and communication was outstanding. He made sure that everything was done correctly and cut no corners. I would highly recommend!
