Tod of Surfside Pools & Spa responded quickly by phone, within an hour of my request. I emailed him pictures from my smart phone showing the problem area of my hot tub and he quoted over the phone. He performed the repair two days later. The spa was repaired in less than an hour. The labor cost was very competitive.

Quick, easy, definitive and a whole lot cheaper than Scioto Valley (who, btw, does everything in their power to be "unhelpful"). I give them my highest rating.
