From the initial meeting with the contractor, to the finishing touches with the foreman they were very professional. They worked hard and did a good job for what I felt was a fair price

STAY AWAY! Our contract stated windows would be installed by 10/26.10/26 came and went.I had to reach out to Ron to see where my windows where.He asked me what day I was around to have them installed.I provided my availability and he confirmed that would work.His installer called the next day stating those days would not work and he didn't know why Ron would confirm on his behalf.Windows finally were installed.Install wasn't nothing to write home about the finish work was awful.One window was broken.Mike promised new window would be in within 2 weeks (11/25) and installed.To date window hasn't been fixed!

This is your original email (see below) to me and the above exaggerated and untrue comments came because it took 2 weeks later than expected to replace the broken sash (during xmas season! Hi Ron, "I wanted to thank you for the great windows! Mike did a awesome job and was very neat and tidy. The only question I have is I started to clean the windows tonight and noticed my picture window's side windows have specs inside the pane that I cannot get out. Is this normal? I attached a picture of one of the side. The spec is yellow so it stands out more than the other side spec stands out. Please let me know." Thank yo

No issues with sales however frustrations with the contractor. The contractor did not show up on the day he was scheduled to and did not call. When he did come the next day things went alright. My major complaint is with the clean up. There were shards of fiberglass, wood, and screws left all over the inside of the house and the outside of the house. One window was mismeasured and 5 weeks later I have not been contacted about the install of the new window. I would absolutely recommend the windows but not the contractor

The men who did the job worked on the hottest day of the year without stopping. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves and gave a demonstration on the workings of the windows. I would recomend them again,
