Ray from Superior Water Systems was right on time and did the work. He did everything on the list and more and was very professional. I will use them again and have recommended them to my friends. The fee was about half what I got from other plumbers. Thank you Ray and Superior water systems.

Terry Lawrence of Superior Water Systems is a capable plumber whose fee is reasonable. Three contractors were listed by Service Magic. One did not return my call, another did not follow through as promised. Terry arrived on time and did a great job. I would recommend Superior Water Systems without reservation. .

They immediately sent an email reply to my email, I called them. I received a ballpark yet detailed estimate over the phone. Plumber came out that afternoon. Same prices, no surprises. Osmosis system was jury-rigged by a friend years ago so there was some extra work to do. All was thoroughly explained to me. Work was excellent, price was as quoted before work ever started. I could not be happier with the work and price. Fair, honest and they knew what they were doing. Highly recommended!

Was a little behind schedule but not a problem for me. Thoroughly explained step by step the problem I was having and recommeded a solution to avoid future problems. Job completed within one hour after arrival, water system working great, and I am happy.
