Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Took Mike three service calls to figure out what was wrong with condensation water draining underneath my furnace but he replaced the drain pan and all is well. I thought his price was fair and he does good work. Courteous and shows up on time. When there was a problem he did not put me off but did a follow up service call which I think is professional. He took time and explained my options for some HVAC units to consider. I will consider him for an estimate in the future.

It was unfortunate that it took several visits to find a very slow drip from a pin hole in the pan due to it turning cold and very low humidity when the customer called for service. The return trips were done under warranty and at the convenience of the customer.

Freon is expensive!

Unfortunately the Freon used for about 35 years is being phased out and the wholesale price has doubled since last year so the retail price had to be raised. I have set our price on the low side of the area average.

I sumitted my request for service at 4:30 on a Friday evening expecting to get a call back Monday morning. The called back came within 10 minutes of my submittion and the tech reps were at my home in less than an hour and corrected my problem that evening.
