Great job, great price. Lack of communication. The job was postpone 3 times without letting me know, I found out when I called them because they didn't show up. I know delays happen all the time but all it takes is a quick phone call to the customer.

Did not remove debris for almost two weeks. Poor job cleaning up tacks. had to be called and reminded several time to remove the trailer full of old roofing from my driveway. Though the roof look fine the quality of customer service was less than desirable. I had to contact the owner to get things done his employees should have done initially.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
Everything was great except that the windows were not done in the time estimated (2.5 weeks). Further, I had to call them to find out when I could expect them to be intalled. I believe that they should have called to let me know they would be late. Otherwise, quality and professionalism were great!

At first they were quick to answer any questions, then when the windows came in they put them in but didn't finish the job. They tore up my dry wall and then called and said well if you want the tenants can fix it and we will take some off the bill. Then they didn't properly install one of the windows, I keep calling but they will not return my call. I would not recommend this company at all.

I was satisfied with the final product, new roof, cladded soffits, and new gutters. Superior does not maintain a secretary in the office and communications were by cell phone with an owner. Work was delayed due to his other projects - so expect that. I took stars off for the effort expended by me ensuring that all the work was done.

I would have rated higher but a small job that was promised was not completed. Quality? How do I rate a new roof? Still finding water damage when storm came during intallation.

Great job. Language barrier with the actual workers cause a couple of issues. Could have been resolved quicker if someone on the site spoke English.
