Management response: Threatening- When I shared my quality concerns, the response from David Paul (owner) was that if full payment was not immediately received, they would resort to legal action (lien my property and that I would regret my actions).  They also sent a worker to stand on my property until payment was made.   <br />4. When we found a few areas that needed more attention, they were quick to resolve them and offered to come back again if need be.  We look forward to having Superior handle more projects at our home in the near future.
