I received my service at the end of Nov. Overall, I had a good experience. The supervisor met with me and was very friendly. The only problem I had was that the potential additional costs for the project was not relayed until the 2nd meeting after the contract was ready to sign. When I had the initial meeting certain potential costs were left out. In the end, I was fortunate and did not need to pay the additional costs but giving as much information up front is so important...especially for a first-time user. The quality was great. Had a slight issue with nails being left by workers & a neighbor knocked on my door stepped on 1 on my doorstep.

They did a great job. The roof was replaced within a week I just had to wait for the gutters, there was a mistake on the color, but they were very polite and helpful with correcting the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

Use this company to replace roof and repair leaks at a time when the area was experiencing record rain fall. Regret not getting multiple quotes. Would not use this company again or recommend to others. Did not receive complete breakdown list of charges. Repairs made with cheaper OSB instead of plywood. Proposal listed and priced plywood in repair. No advanced notice before delivery of supplies. No true supervisor quality control of work crews. Roof replaced twice, the second time at no cost to me. Flashing installed differently both times. Tie into adjoining townhouse does match any other in row of homes.

They came and found that my gutters were actually fine and needed no cleaning. I appreciate them for their honesty on that. They did suggest other preventative roofing work, which i found to be a bit pricy, and did not go for ... hence, the 4 stars on the value for money (just on the gutter cleaning aspect, 5 stars for that).

They were on time, professional, nice, and almost immediately knew what the problem was & had it fixed after leaving to get supplies (my HOA required a non-standard color of roof vent) within an hour or so. The contractor also took before & after pictures of my roof and emailed them to me before the end of the day. Definitely recommended!

We met with the salesman and he explained all of the options and told us that no matter what he wanted us to be 110% satisfied. We made our decision based on what he told us and work comenced almost immediately. Each of the works crews were on time and the were very professional. They made no mess whatsoever and installed all of the product exactly how we wanted it. We did have one small issue concerning an outside light that was previously mounted on the original trim where the new eaves and gutters were to go. We brought the issue to the attention of the salesman and he made sure the issue was corrected at no expense to us. Thank you.

First I woulld like to thank Luke, the rep that was sent to inspect our roof, honesty and integrity is what this young man is made of. He is superb, took the time to explain what was needed and didn't try to sell me work that wasn't required, there was no pressure. He gave me the estimate and made sure I was taken care of, our roof was repaired within two days. Juan came to the house and fixed our roof and installed the solar attic fans. He did great work and cleaned up everything when he was done! This company, Superior Rhino Roofing, is professional and honest. ..Top Notch. We will use them again for future needs.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. He provided a no-cost evaluation of the roof and an estimate for addressing the probable source of the leaks. Superior is a national franchisee of Rhino Roofing Systems and warrants its work for 5 yrs. We had two other companies evaluate the problem and provide their recommendations and estimated costs. After receiving all the estimates, we contacted the Superior technician, who agreed to replace the ridge vent with the Snow Country product and match his competitor's estimate for the work. Bad weather prevented timely repair, but the work has been completed within a week of the original quote.
